In remembrance of Susan

Words doesn’t seem to come easily when you want to tell Susan’s friends and acquaintances just what they have meant to us this past month.

When the cards, packages and letters started to arrive. I would take them to the hospital and read them to her or tell her what was sent.

Today one week after her death two cards arrived from Maria in Russia.

But from Susan’s mom, I wanted to tell each one of you "Thanks" from the bottom of my heart and God Bless

Your prayers and words of comfort will always have a special place in my heart as well her dad and brother Stephen

My daughter was a very special and caring person. Who often got her feelings hurt because of her size. But she had a big heart , like God does. And he forgives and so do I.

You see, what I am trying to say is Susan was special, just as like your mom’s think you are. We are all different colors, but we have feelings and we must be very carful about how we treat others.

To those friends I wish joy and happiness, To those who might have hurt my daughter I offer forgiveness. My thoughts and prayers will b with you.

Thanks, seems such a small word to friends friend around the globe.

This card came in today. Its words I want to share

Her Journey’s just begun

Don’t think of her as gone away- her journey’s just begun, Life holds so many facets this earth is only one. Just think of her as resting from the sorrow and the tears in a place of warmth and comfort where there are no days and years. Think how she must be wishing that we could know today how nothing but our sadness can really pass away. And think of her as living in the hearts of those she touched for nothing loved is ever lost, and she was loved so much
