Sooner or later, Everyone comes to....

The Babylon Project was our last best hope for peace.  A self contained world, five miles long, located in neutral territory.  A place of commerce and diplomacy for a quarter of a million humans and aliens.  A shining beacon in space all alone in the night.  It was the dawn of the third age of mankind.  The year the great war came upon us all.  This is the story of the last of the Babylon stations.  The year was 2259.  The name of the place is BABYLON 5.

Babylon 5 is the first sci-fi television series since Battlestar Galactica to completely capture my attention. Not even the Star Trek phenomena has matched the interest that I have in B5.

What does this saga have that other shows of the genre don't?  Maybe it is the unique continous story line where events shape and change the future.  Maybe it is the dazzling and ground breaking computer generated images and special effects.  Maybe it is the diverse and compelling characters that inhabit the Babylon 5 universe.  More precisely, it is the way all of these elements fit together to create a seamless and wonderfully crafted tale.

Allow me to introduce you to the inhabitants of the Babylon 5 station, so that you may become better acquainted and possibly see exactly why I have come to appreciate the series so much.
